Each program here names the pharmacy that fills its compounded GLP-1 prescriptions, so you can look that pharmacy up. We check three FDA sources: its warning letters, its list of compounding inspections and actions, and its register of 503B outsourcing facilities, and we match a pharmacy only on its name plus the address or state the program gives. A 503A pharmacy compounds to a prescription for a named patient and is licensed by a state board; a 503B outsourcing facility also registers with the FDA and is inspected by it. Four programs list a pharmacy with an FDA warning letter: ShedRx (Boothwyn Pharmacy, open, January 16, 2026; Promise Pharmacy, 2019, closed out in 2022), and Embody, Lttl and Enhanced (Triad Rx, 2019, closed out in 2023). Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold.

Lttl's terms name four partner pharmacies with addresses: RedRock Compounding Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Compounding Pharmacy (Bellmore, NY) and Triad Rx (Daphne, AL). Its launch release says it works only with state-licensed 503A pharmacies, and none of the four is on the FDA's 503B register. Triad Rx, at the Daphne address Lttl lists, received an FDA warning letter on February 5, 2019, closed out on May 3, 2023. Red Rock's Springville, Utah site received a Form 483 in July 2026; Lttl lists the St. George site. The terms say a prescription may be moved between pharmacies, so the list doesn't tell you which one fills your order.

GobyMeds lists four dispensing pharmacies on its safety information page: Precision Medicine, HealthWarehouse.com, The Pharmacy Hub and Seven Cells Pharmacy, each with a phone number and website but no address. It says your prescription goes to a "503A or 503B" pharmacy licensed in your state, without saying which is which. Without an address or state, we can't match them with confidence to the FDA's inspection records; none of the four appears in the FDA warning letters we hold, and none is on the 503B register under that name.

YourEra's terms name three pharmacies: Galleria Medical Pharmacy, LLC, which YourEra manages; Diversified Pharmacy, Inc., doing business as MediVera Compounding Pharmacy, LLC; and VitalRX, LLC, doing business as VialsRx. Which one fills your order depends on what is prescribed and the state you live in, and the terms give no address and no 503A or 503B type for any of them. Galleria has no FDA action on the lists we check; with no location for MediVera or VialsRx, we can't match either one to an FDA record or to the 503B register. Compounded semaglutide is $89 a month and tirzepatide $129, month to month.

What you payAmount
Compounded semaglutide$89 a month, month to month, after an auto-applied 20% off (new-patient price)

Enhanced's FAQ names four partner pharmacies: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx, without addresses. Until October 2026 its terms listed them, with RedRock Pharmacy at 1240 E 100 S, St. George, UT, and a website for Triad Rx that lists 26258 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL. It does not say which pharmacy fills your order, and the site says only that the drug comes from "a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy"; none of the four is on the FDA's 503B register. Triad Rx at that Daphne address received an FDA warning letter on February 5, 2019, closed out on May 3, 2023. The FDA's list has a July 2026 inspection report for a Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, UT, not the St. George address Enhanced listed.

Compounded tirzepatide$169 month to month; $129 a month on a 12-month plan ($1,548 up front)

Zevay's terms name two partner pharmacies with their addresses: Southend Pharmacy, 415 Westheimer Rd., Houston, Texas, and Boothwyn Pharmacy, 221 Gale Lane, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Zevay doesn't say which one fills which state. Its checkout says its pharmacies are 503A, which the FDA's records confirm for Boothwyn; it calls them "FDA approved", which 503A pharmacies are not. Boothwyn received an FDA warning letter on January 16, 2026, which found its semaglutide and tirzepatide injections below their labeled strength and said lots that failed sterility testing were released; no close-out is published. Southend has no FDA action on the lists we check. You can also ask for your prescription to go to a licensed pharmacy of your choice.

GLP‑1 programs that name their compounding pharmacy: what people ask

Lttl ranks first of the 8 programs we compared, rated 9.4 / 10, from $89 a month on a 12-month plan, $1,068 up front, or $99 month to month. The ranking weighs verified price, pharmacy, FDA enforcement record and state coverage, never commission.

Embody has the lowest verified price in this ranking, at $49 a month on a 12-month plan, $588 up front, or $108 month to month. Check what the price includes: a membership or consultation fee can change which program is cheaper over three months.

8 of the 8 programs here charge no separate membership fee. The rest either charge one or do not disclose it; each write-up states which.

None of the 8 programs here bills insurance. They are cash-pay, so the listed price is what you pay.

5 of the 8 programs ship to all 50 states. The others leave out a few states; each write-up gives the count.

An open FDA warning letter removes a program from every recommendation on this site.
