Enhanced GLP‑1 Review: Is It Legit?
Enhanced review: compounded semaglutide from $89 a month and tirzepatide from $129 on a 12-month plan, its pharmacies, refund terms and 90-day money-back guarantee.
- No FDA warning letter
- Names its pharmacy
- LegitScript certified
- Prices checked Oct 26, 2026
Enhanced is the online health program of the company behind the Enhanced Games. It prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price for every dose. It suits you if you will commit to a long plan paid up front.
The price is the draw, on the long plans. Compounded semaglutide is $89 a month on a 12-month plan and $129 month to month. Tirzepatide is $129 a month on the 12-month plan and $169 month to month. The 12-month plan is billed in full at checkout: $1,068 for semaglutide and $1,548 for tirzepatide.
We rate it 8.9 out of 10, tier Very good. It publishes every plan price, names its partner pharmacies, is certified by LegitScript, and a clinician reviews your answers within 24 hours. One of its pharmacies had an FDA warning letter that is now closed.
The catch is the plan length: the lowest prices need a 6- or 12-month plan paid in full at checkout.
No FDA warning letter is on file for Enhanced in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 26, 2026.

What is Enhanced?
Enhanced is run by Enhanced US LLC, and "Enhanced" is a trademark of Enhanced Group, Inc., the company behind the Enhanced Games. Its parent calls the platform Live Enhanced and lists its head office at 169 Madison Avenue, New York; Enhanced US LLC is a Delaware company formed in January 2025.
Enhanced says it "does not provide any medical services"; care comes from "independent telehealth providers", and your provider is identified during intake. Until October 2026 its terms named OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and Beluga Health; the current terms name neither.
Here is how it goes. You check out and fill in a health questionnaire. A licensed clinician reviews your history and goals and decides whether the medication is right for you. If you are prescribed, the medication ships to you from a partner pharmacy, with clinician check-ins included.
Enhanced sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections, lower-dose "microdosed" plans of both, testosterone, enclomiphene, sermorelin, NAD+, modafinil and supplements. To read about the drugs themselves, see our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide.
Is Enhanced legit?
Yes. Enhanced has no FDA warning letter on file, LegitScript lists enhanced.com as certified, it names its four partner pharmacies and it publishes every plan price. One of its pharmacies, Triad Rx, had an FDA warning letter in 2019 that the FDA closed out in 2023.
The clinicians are not named. The product pages quote Dr. Jonathann Kuo, MD, of Extension Health, as a member of an "Independent Medical Board", but no clinician who treats patients is named.
How much does Enhanced cost?
Compounded semaglutide costs $129 a month month to month, $109 a month on a 3-month plan, $99 on a 6-month plan, or $89 on a 12-month plan. Compounded tirzepatide costs $169 a month month to month, $149 on a 3-month plan, $139 on a 6-month plan, or $129 on a 12-month plan.
| Plan | Semaglutide | Tirzepatide | Billed at checkout | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Month to month | $129/mo | $169/mo | $129 or $169 | | 3 months | $109/mo | $149/mo | $327 or $447 | | 6 months | $99/mo | $139/mo | $594 or $834 | | 12 months | $89/mo | $129/mo | $1,068 or $1,548 |
Each plan is charged in full when you order: the checkout multiplies the monthly price by the months in the plan. The plan then renews "at the price and frequency listed on this page until it ends or you cancel." The checkout calls the 3-month package a "One-time payment", but its fine print says the plan recurs until you cancel.
The fees are simple. The price is the same at every dose, and the order summary lists the online doctor review and shipping as free. It calls the plan price a "forever discount", "locked in for the life of your plan". The discounts are measured against list prices that no plan charges. You don't need insurance, and Enhanced does not bill it.

How does Enhanced work?
The care is online. Enhanced runs the site and the checkout, and an independent telehealth provider, identified during intake, supplies the clinician. The states served depend on your telehealth provider and pharmacy; Enhanced publishes no list of states.
Its FAQ names four partner pharmacies: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. The pharmacy that fills your prescription "may vary based on your medication, shipping address and product availability", and you cannot choose it. The site says its compounded medication comes from "a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy".
The plan page says a clinician reviews your answers within 24 hours. If your intake is not approved, the order is canceled and refunded in full, including the lab and consultation fee. Enhanced emails tracking when your order leaves the pharmacy, and 6- and 12-month plans ship in 3-month supplies. If it cannot ship within the time it states, or 30 days, it must tell you and offer a refund.
Is Enhanced safe? FDA status and warning letters
Enhanced has no FDA warning letter on file. Nothing is open against it.
One pharmacy has an FDA record. Enhanced's terms linked Triad Rx's website until October 2026; that site gives the pharmacy's address as 26258 Pollard Road, Daphne, Alabama. The FDA sent Triad Rx, Inc. at that address a warning letter on February 5, 2019, about sterile drugs made under insanitary conditions, and closed it out on May 3, 2023. We found no warning letter for the other three pharmacies. The FDA's compounding list has a 2026 inspection report for a Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, Utah; Enhanced's earlier terms gave a St. George address, so we do not count it.
The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility.
How to cancel Enhanced
To stop renewals, cancel in your patient portal at care.enhanced.com before your next processing date. Canceling stops future renewals but not an order already placed; to cancel that, email Enhanced. Once your prescription has been written, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded, except under the terms' refund rule for orders it cannot ship on time. Outside its refund policy, the terms say "all sales are final."
The long plans are paid up front. The 12-month plan is $1,068 or $1,548 at checkout. Only choose a long plan if you expect to stay on the medication for that long. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.
Enhanced offers a 90-day money-back guarantee to new patients on eligible prescriptions; testosterone and other controlled prescriptions are excluded. The checkout sums it up as "Results or you don't pay". To qualify, you follow your clinician's plan for 90 days and ask within 30 days after that. The refund covers the medication cost of your most recent billing cycle, not labs, consultation, shipping or tax, and is limited to one per patient.
Disputes go to private arbitration in New York, or to small claims court, and class actions are waived.
What customers say about Enhanced
We found no Better Business Bureau profile for Enhanced US LLC or Enhanced Group.
The company itself is young and losing money. Its parent says the platform started in February 2026, with full operations from May 2026. Its quarterly report for June 2026 says there is "substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within twelve months." Weigh that before paying for 6 or 12 months up front.
This site collects no independent reviews of its own yet.
How we scored Enhanced
Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.
- Price transparency: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Every plan price and fee is in the plan picker, at one price for every dose.
- Cost and value: 8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). We compare month-to-month prices: $129 for semaglutide ranks 11 of 45 compounded programs we track, against a median of $213.06.
- Medication and pharmacy traceability: 8.75/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Four partner pharmacies named in its FAQ, without addresses, and not which one fills your order.
- Clinical access and oversight: 7/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Telehealth providers not named on the site (identified at intake), included check-ins and a clinician review within 24 hours, but no named clinician.
- Safety and enforcement: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). No FDA warning letter on file for Enhanced, and LegitScript lists enhanced.com as certified. One pharmacy, Triad Rx, had a warning letter that the FDA closed out in 2023, and a closed-out letter costs no points.
- Terms, commitment and refunds: 10/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Plans renew until you cancel, with a stated refund rule and a 90-day money-back guarantee.
- Availability and fulfillment: 7/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). Free shipping, but no published list of states.
We first scored Enhanced on October 24, 2026. Confidence is low: we read its prices and terms once, on October 24, 2026. No editor's adjustment is applied. We rescored Enhanced on October 26, 2026. LegitScript lists enhanced.com as certified, so Safety rose from 8 to 9.25 and the total from 8.5 to 8.8. The cost rank now compares every compounded program in one list of 45. We rescored Enhanced on October 27, 2026, from its own sign-up checkout: every price matched, the $129 monthly plan ranks 11 of 45 with Cost and value still 8, and safety rose from 9.25 to 10 because a pharmacy warning letter the FDA has closed out no longer costs points. The total moved from 8.8 to 8.9. The method is on our methodology page.
