Quick answer

Gala Health is an online GLP-1 program that mainly prescribes compounded medication: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. It also lists brand-name Ozempic at a cash price. Plans start at $99 a month on a 3-month plan, $297 up front, or $179 month to month. We rate it 8.1/10 (Good). It does not name the compounding pharmacy that fills its prescriptions, so the pharmacy's record can't be checked. It ships to all 50 states. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. No FDA warning letter is on file for Gala Health as of Oct 26, 2026.

Gala Health is a compounded GLP-1 program built for women, with the provider, the prescription drug and the shipping in one monthly charge. It suits you if you want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide with coaching and a dietitian, and you are ready to commit to a yearly subscription.

We rate it 8.1 out of 10, tier Good. There's no membership, consultation or shipping fee, and the price is on a public page, but no pharmacy is named.

The catch is the plan length: the lowest rates need a 3- or 12-month plan; month to month costs $249 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide.

No FDA warning letter is on file for Gala Health in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 26, 2026. Gala Health doesn't name its compounding pharmacy, so the pharmacy can't be cross-checked.

What is Gala Health?

Gala Health is an online clinic for women that sells compounded GLP-1 injections on a subscription. It also offers menopause care and a longevity program.

Here is the process. You answer an intake quiz online. On the contact step, both consent boxes are already ticked, including "Text me updates about my order and Gala products". A US-licensed clinician reads your full profile. Gala says they "prescribe what's right for you, or come back with a question — never a templated form." If a GLP-1 fits, the prescription goes to a compounding pharmacy Gala does not name. The medication ships free, refrigerated as needed. Refills continue on the same plan, with provider support for as long as you're on it.

The main medications are two weekly compounded GLP-1 injections: semaglutide and tirzepatide. Gala also lists brand-name Ozempic at $1,299 a month cash. A Wegovy pill is listed as coming soon.

Gala's terms of service state clearly that compounded GLP-1 medications "are not FDA-approved". For more on the drugs themselves, read our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Gala ships to all 50 states.

Gala Health costs $179 a month all-in for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on a yearly plan. The pricing page reads "From $179/month All doses included", next to the words "Yearly subscription".

Every dose costs the same, but tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan. There is no membership fee, consultation fee or shipping fee, and the medication is in the price. Gala does not bill insurance for its compounded plans.

The public pricing page shows only the yearly rate, and its button opens the intake quiz. The checkout, shown after the intake, adds a Monthly plan at $249 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide. Its 3-month plan bills $297 every 3 months for semaglutide ($99 a month) and $597 for tirzepatide ($199 a month). The home page FAQ says "starting at just $199 per month (with a 3-month plan)".

Every plan includes video provider visits, unlimited doctor calls 7 days a week and free 2-day shipping, and you can pay in 0% installments through Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm. The checkout names the drug but never says "compounded".

The checkout also presses you to decide. It shows a "holding your price" countdown, "Only 21 discounts left", and savings claims such as "$1,320 · 82% off" with no list price. Its 12-month buttons read $79 and $139 a month, but the plans bill $1,027 and $1,807 a year, or $85.58 and $150.58 a month.

What does the price include? The compounded drug, the prescriber and the delivery, plus coaching, a dietitian and an app. You can pay month to month, at $249 a month for semaglutide, or commit to a longer plan for a lower monthly rate.

We rank Gala's month-to-month semaglutide price, $249 a month: it ranks 29 of 45 compounded programs we track, above the median of $213.06 a month. For scale, a pharmacy pays $871.12 for a brand-name Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package, effective September 23, 2026. That is an acquisition cost for the brand-name drug, not what a patient pays.

Gala Health tirzepatide price

The public pricing page lists compounded tirzepatide at $179 a month on the yearly subscription, the same rate as semaglutide. At checkout, tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan. Every dose costs the same, so the price does not climb as your dose rises.

On the 3-month plan, tirzepatide costs $199 a month, billed $597 every 3 months. Month to month, tirzepatide costs $299 and semaglutide $249. There is no membership fee, and shipping and the consultation are included. For more on tirzepatide, read our compounded tirzepatide page.

What to watch

Month to month, Gala costs $249 for semaglutide or $299 for tirzepatide; the lower rates need a 3- or 12-month plan (checkout, 27 Oct 2026). Canceling on your own brings no refund.

Can you trust Gala Health?

Gala Health uses US-licensed prescribers, is available in all 50 states, publishes its prices and terms, and has no FDA warning letters or open flags. One gap: it doesn't name its pharmacy.

Gala's terms say compounded medications "are sourced from a licensed compounding pharmacy, and we disclaim any liability related to their use." Without a name, there is no way to look up the pharmacy's FDA registration or inspection record. Gala doesn't say whether the pharmacy compounds for one patient at a time or is an outsourcing facility registered with the FDA.

What Gala does state clearly is the drug. Each product names the molecule, the injection route and the word "compounded". Traceability scores 5.8 out of 10 because no pharmacy is named.

How does Gala Health work?

The care process usually begins with a written review of your health history rather than a video visit. A licensed provider reads your intake and decides on a medication, if appropriate, or messages you with questions. Gala's FAQ says consultations "may be synchronous—such as a video visit—or asynchronous".

After that, the support is broad. Gala lists unlimited provider visits, nutrition and mental health coaching, one-on-one dietitian support, live coach sessions and a GLP-1 app. Symptom check-ins, dose adjustments and provider messaging are included for as long as you are an active subscriber. The pricing page states each order is "Reviewed and prescribed by a licensed provider".

Gala says its GLP-1 care goes "From assessment to treatment in a week." Its checkout says a licensed provider typically reviews your answers within 24 hours. It does not say whether labs are required. Clinical care scores 8.6 out of 10.

Is Gala Health safe? FDA status and warning letters

Gala Health has no FDA warning letter and no open flag on its record. But because it doesn't name its pharmacy, we can't check the pharmacy's record.

LegitScript, a third-party verification for online pharmacies and telehealth sites, lists galaglp1.com as a certified pharmacy and telemedicine site. Safety scores 10 out of 10.

The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility.

Gala's own FAQ says "Compounded medications are made by licensed compounding pharmacies under FDA oversight." For more on side effects, doses and who should or should not take these drugs, read our pages on semaglutide side effects and tirzepatide side effects, which quote the FDA labels.

How to cancel Gala Health

Cancellation
Minimum 12 months
Money-back guarantee
No money-back guarantee. The refund policy says "if you are disqualified by our medical provider for any medical reason you will receive a full refund", and gives no refund when you cancel on your own.

You can cancel at any time, but be aware the advertised rate comes with a yearly subscription. Gala asks for your cancellation request at least 72 hours before your billing date.

The refund policy is narrow: you only get a refund if a provider disqualifies you for a medical reason. The policy says "if you are disqualified by our medical provider for any medical reason you will receive a full refund." There is no refund when you cancel on your own, so a canceled month is a paid month.

The catch is the yearly plan. The advertised $179 is the year-long rate. Sign up only if you're ready to stay for the full year, because canceling on your own brings no refund. If you have side effects, talk to your provider. Don't keep taking a drug just because you've paid for it. Terms score 8.92 out of 10: cancellation is allowed, the refund policy is clearly written and a monthly plan is available, but the lowest rates need a 3- or 12-month plan.

What customers say about Gala Health

Gala publishes six patient testimonials on its reviews page. Three are about its GLP-1 program and three about menopause hormone therapy. Two of the GLP-1 ones mention the support: "The support team was there for me every step of the way." The page adds: "Results vary. Individual experiences are not guaranteed."

These are the brand's own published reviews. This site collects no independent reviews, and Gala is a newer platform with few reviews elsewhere. Read the price, the terms and the plan length above for what you will pay and sign. If you want to hear from other patients first, look outside the brand's own site before you commit to a year.
